Allstate® Mobile App Reviews

Wow!! Allstate has really upped its game on the mobile. I love being able to pull up my insurance ID Cards at the touch of a button, as well as access all my policies in one place. Really convenient, nice design, and intuitive! Must-have if you have Allstate Insurance!

Very convenient

This app is a good app, it has all of your information in one single place. The reason for two stars is that I cant print my ID cards from this app and when I send it to myself via email it doesnt come as an attachment so the whole email with to and from field get printed. When getting your inspection for your registration Texas law requires a paper copy of the ID card and not with email information. This was very frustrating so finally I had to call my agent to fax me the cards. Which ultimately defeated the purpose of my one stop shop.

I have an older iphone and it uses IOS 7.1.. Your newest update means I no longer have app access... Thanks a lot... Unless I want to spend $600 for a new phone. NOT!

This is a handy app to have if youre an Allstate customer. Never had an issue using and it doesnt seem to have any glitches.

Overall i am happy with the app but it really needs the Touch ID support

Im really enjoying the user friendliness and features of this app, but add Touch ID and 3D touch for iOS and Ill give it 5 stars! :-)

The app is great! It would be a 5 star app if it supported Touch ID and Apple Pay to pay your bill.

Twice in the past two months Ive tried to initiate a claim using the app. Both times the submittal failed when the photos were being uploaded. Come on guys; fix it!
