Every single time you open it you get "were Sorry..the service is unavailable, please call us for help" If you cancel it will let you login. It also has to be the last big company to not have touch ID. Other then the bugs, the features in the app are outstanding.

I like how easy it is to pay my bill on this app. I just wish it was a little faster processing from my bank account.

Wow Im very impressed with Allstate meaningful updates adding 3D touch for our ID. Could you guys please consider allowing us to add or ID card to wallet for even quicker access?

Easy and convenient app ever and I love it.

Works 20% of the time, doesnt give notifications of bill payment being received for 2-3 days. Doesnt show your account being credited when you get your payment drafted, using the paperless billing system.

Convenient and easy to use. I like having the ability to print my cards. I use Drivewise to track my sons driving.

I have an open claim that I need to upload photos for. It wont let me and just gives me an error. Ive tried multiple ways to do it and no luck.

I love this app. Its very handy when I want to reference my insurance quickly.
