Allstate® Mobile app good for
App is very reliable and informative. Only had one problem due to the iOS 10 update, but was resolved quicky. Allowed you to pull up your insurance card w/a quick tap of the app.
And finally you can stay logged in so you dont have to login every time you open the app, that was my only complaint with the last version.
I like that is convenient, I even have my cards there. It is easy to use and complete.
Im an on the go mom and with this app my life is so much easier i never have to worry about having my insurance card or anything its right here
Love this app... makes the payment process easier! And I can review my policy anytime.

Some bad moments
9/29/16 at approximately 5:40 to 6 pm i was tboned and totaled my vehicle. The police in Spokane county gave the other party the ticket and I also had 2 witnesses who saw the wreck said the other party was at fault. But when when actually talking to my agent the next couple of days determined I was 100% at fault without even conducting an investigation within the next 4 days. Overriding the police. Well during those 4 days never once came and looked at my vehicle in the impound. They didnt cover any of my costs. Including: towing, and impounding. And rental all out of my pocket. Will be switching insurances. Not to mention a totaled car that now isnt being covered becuase They say I am 100% at fault and the police and witnesses dont mean anything. Real great insurance...
Doesnt remember banking informationand does not allow digital / finger login
Much simpler to just write a check
Cant login because it says I entered incorrect information, but yet on this same phone, I can log in to their website and check my account using the exact same username and password. Something is definitely wrong with this app.
I typically use the app to pay and check my policy.
In current version - when trying to use the camera to read and enter CC info - causes the App to crash and then after reloading the camera still cant read the info. Annoying.
Very easy to use and makes taking care of insurance a breeze. Wish I had known about this sooner to avoid paying on the phone!
