Entirely adequate. Needs TouchID for log in and fewer pop up dialog boxes. But it is functional.

Love the app, very easy to navigate, I especially like that you can save your ID cards to home screen and access without logging in!

Login needs to be accessed by passcode and/or fingerprint. Also, if Im listening to music, when I open the app it stops playing my music. Not sure why it needs its own sounds??

Love this app.

The last several updates have vastly improved my experience with the app. Having my policy documents and details available at my finger tips, my agents contact info, and being able to make payments is easier than ever. I like having quick access to my ID cards, so I dont have to worry about carrying the most up-to-date cards anymore.

I am a first time user of this app but so far it has been easy to use and very helpful.

You can submit a collision claim with a dozen photos, but we cant submit a single receipt to file a towing claim? The only way to submit a towing claim is to fax it in!?! Thats disappointing.

The Allstate app is a great tool. It is easy to access the information I need, and make changes to my policy. Im very pleased!!
