Allstate state does not back you when it comes to collision

9/29/16 at approximately 5:40 to 6 pm i was tboned and totaled my vehicle. The police in Spokane county gave the other party the ticket and I also had 2 witnesses who saw the wreck said the other party was at fault. But when when actually talking to my agent the next couple of days determined I was 100% at fault without even conducting an investigation within the next 4 days. Overriding the police. Well during those 4 days never once came and looked at my vehicle in the impound. They didnt cover any of my costs. Including: towing, and impounding. And rental all out of my pocket. Will be switching insurances. Not to mention a totaled car that now isnt being covered becuase They say I am 100% at fault and the police and witnesses dont mean anything. Real great insurance...
